Sigh. I am seriously the worst. Yet again my sleep schedule is #1 on my list and I don't follow through! I am so frustrated with myself. I've tried everything I can think of. I am super tired from about 4 am til about 9 pm, then I get a huge kick of energy that keeps me up til all hours. I need to either figure out a way to be productive on this schedule or figure out a way to change it to a normal schedule.
